This was where it all began, our very first school. I must have started here around 1960 or ’61. The details of the classrooms have faded over time, yet a few memories still linger. I can recall some of the teachers’ names: Mrs Vernal, Mrs Newman, Miss May… though perhaps she was at Blacklands? 

My memory may be playing tricks, but this is what the building looks like now.
